THE WORKSHOP OF SAPPADA
High-quality raw materials and preparation methods based on traditional processing methods. These are our two main cornerstones for the perfect success of our sausage products: salami, bacon, ham, lard.

Processing methods handed down over the centuries from generation to generation. Our cheeses are as follows: raw milk alpine, fresh and matured dairy, cow and goat cheeses.... And special refinements.
We also offer a range of packaged products such as dried porcini mushrooms, mountain herbs, liqueurs and schnapps, jams, sauces and much more.
PLODAR KELDER
We produce stracchino, blue-veined and flavoured caciottas, ricotta, butter and mature cheeses from raw milk. Famous for its delicacy and intense milk flavour is our Yoghurt.
The cured meats, salted and spiced according to ancient recipes, are smoked for storage with beech wood and juniper branches in a room called “Selke”/smoking chamber.
Pancetta stesa e arrotolata, Lonza, Carré, Salame, Cotechino, Lingua, Lardo e Senkl sono i salumi che riempiono il nostro banco frigo. Lo Senkl è il particolare speck che produciamo, affumicato e stagionato per circa 4 mesi viene aromatizzato con cumino e bacche di ginepro.

Known for growing salads, radicchio, courgettes, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cabbage, red turnips, onions, pumpkins and potatoes.
Production and sale of speck, bacon, vegetables, small fruits and honey.
